We ship throughout the United States and Canada entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) so that we may track store orders (Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard and/or UPS Worldwide Expedited). The Americans Helping Americans® online store is not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping and handling is based on the total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order.
Most orders ship out within 2 business days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
Returns for a full refund are gladly accommodated within 30 days of your order.
